Paul Duffy, B.Comm., CPA, CMA - Chief Executive Officer
Paul holds a B.Comm, from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CMA. Paul has been the Chief Executive Officer of First Health Care (HumanaCare's parent) since 2005. Paul has acted as Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group. From 1999-2005 he was Senior Vice-President of CIBC, acting as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for the Wealth Management Group of companies. He is now or has been a director of several companies, both private and publicly traded.
Jamie Marcellus, RN, BScN, MBA - President
Jamie started at First Health Care (HumanaCare's parent)in 2011 as Vice President, Corporate Services, and assumed the role of President in 2014. A Registered Nurse, he brings to the organization more than a decade of progressive management roles in both the public and private healthcare sector. Jamie was a former consultant for RWS Advisory, a management consultancy service in the health and social services sector and is the former Director, Clinical Operations/Director, Business Development for Best Doctors Canada Inc., a worldwide leader in healthcare information.
Janet Reid, BHA - Director, Client Services
Janet joined the HumanaCare team with over 15 years home healthcare, hospital staffing and EFAP management experience. She holds a Bachelors of Health Administration and has a background in leading teams to build and maintain superior client relationships and high standards of service. As the Director of Client Services, she oversees operations and account management activities leading an integrated team committed to superior service delivery. Janet is a creative leader with areas of focus on providing enhanced customer service, operational leadership and continuous quality improvement.
